Please note:
COASA is an association for coroners' officers and administrative staff who work to the direction of a coroner. As we are not a regulatory body we are unable to respond to, or comment on queries or complaints regarding individual cases or a judicial decision made by a coroner.

If you have a query or complaint we suggest that you write to the coroner concerned or you may wish to seek legal advice.

If you have a complaint regarding medical treatment or care; the NHS has a complaints procedure and further information can be found on the NHS website or you can contact NHS Direct who can advise on NHS complaints. Call 0845 4647.
